RedM Will not run concurrently with Steam

What is the issue you’re having?

I can not run Steam and RedM at the same time, thus I am unable to join any servers at all. If I try to run Steam and RedM at the same time, I get a fatal error.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Reinstalling RDO
Reinstalling RedM
Emptying Caches
Verifying files

What server did you get this issue on?
