When it comes time for a server restart the weather will change, and 30, 10, and 5-minute marks

at 30 the weather will be OVERCASTDARK
at 10 the weather will be HURRICANE
at 5 the weather will be THUNDERSTORM
At each mark, it will display a message at the bottom of the screen
these can be changed to whatever you want in the vs_server.lua

The restarts go basted off your tx admin restarts

the script is stand alone should work on any framework.

if you currently have a weather sync remove it. this will replace it.
