What is the issue you’re having?
The RedM launcher’s server-browser/frontend window renders broken — either as a tiny fixed-size panel with an invisible (but functional) cursor, or, after toggling certain NUI GPU config flags, RedM’s own diagnostic screen:
If you see this, the user interface isn’t able to show. This usually indicates an environment issue breaking DirectX Graphics Infrastructure (DXGI) shared resources, often caused by misconfigured mobile GPU setups, improperly installed graphics mods, or other system configuration.
GPU #1: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (1002:7590 - High Performance)
Importantly, this is isolated to the launcher’s own front-end screen (server browser). Once I connect to a server, the actual game loads and plays completely normally — RAGE engine init, map loading, and in-game NUI all work fine. So this looks like a rendering bug specific to the launcher’s own CEF surface, not a general DXGI/GPU compatibility failure with this GPU.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
- Confirmed GPU driver is current (Adrenalin 26.8.1, released 8/17/2026) via AMD Software
- Switched RedM to the “Latest (Unstable Branch)” update channel and restarted — no change
- Forced RedM.exe to the discrete/high-performance GPU via Windows Graphics Settings — no change
- Toggled
nui_useInProcessGpuandnui_useSharedResourcesinredm.cfgbetween true/false — toggling these changes which failure mode shows (tiny broken panel with invisible cursor vs. the explicit DXGI error screen), but doesn’t fix the launcher rendering either way - Standard window troubleshooting (double-click maximize, edge drag, Win+Shift+arrow) — not applicable, the panel renders with no title bar or resize chrome at all
- Fresh install — no leftover config/cache from a prior install
What server did you get this issue on?
None

Additional comments
RedM client version: 36109. Single monitor, 100% display scaling. No crash dialog ever appears (nothing actually crashes — the app stays open and I can still connect/play), so I don’t have a CitizenFX crash zip to attach via “Save information.” I do have session logs from RedM.app/logs/ if useful — let me know if there’s a specific log or diagnostic step you’d like me to pull for the launcher/frontend process specifically, since the in-game logs look clean.
