What is the issue you’re having?
Earlier today, my RedM server suddenly stopped being accessible through the Cfx.re join code and the in-game server browser. No server configuration changes were made prior to this occurring.
Current Status
Server is online and running normally.
Registration key is active.
players.json and dynamic.json are publicly accessible.
Direct IP connections work successfully for myself and my trusted administrators.
The Cfx.re join code (Aurora Springs County 18+ ONLY NA/EU Community / Cfx.re) fails with “Couldn’t resolve URL 4dxkmv.”
The server browser intermittently displays “This server is private.”
At this point, the server itself appears to be functioning correctly since direct IP connections work, but the Cfx.re join code and server browser are unable to resolve the server.
Has anyone experienced this before, or is there anything specific I should check regarding server registration or master list connectivity?
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Troubleshooting Performed
Restarted the RedM server multiple times.
Restarted txAdmin.
Rebooted the dedicated server.
Cleared the server cache.
Verified the registration key is active in the Cfx Portal.
Verified the server configuration (server.cfg), including endpoints and license key.
Confirmed the server is listening on the expected TCP/UDP ports.
Verified players.json and dynamic.json are publicly accessible.
Confirmed direct IP connections work successfully for myself and trusted administrators.
Tested multiple connection methods (server browser, Favorites, join code, direct IP, and connect : via the F8 console).
Had multiple users test from different networks and machines with the same results.
Contacted my hosting provider, who confirmed they are not intentionally filtering or blocking Cfx.re traffic.
