RedM not responding

Hello i installed RedM yesterday and everything was ok, but when i hop into the game it loads main menu and my mouse is stuck. When i outtab the RedM it says not responding. Could it be fixed?

My RDR2 is up to date.
Legit game, bought on Steam.
Windows 10 Home, 202H, 19042.746 OS Build
I deleted caches many times but it would not help

Ryzen 7 2700x Processor
Radeon RX580 Graphics Card
16GB RAM
1TB SSD Disk (Kingston)

I disabled Antivirus (Windows Defender) and its still not working.
No, i started R* Launcher as normal.

I tried to reinstall the game multiple times.
