RedM keeps disconnecting

Hello, I keep disconnecting from the game and it’s really starting to annoy me. At some point when I play the game all the players around me stop moving and after 20-30 seconds later I get disconnected. This seems to happen all over the map but more often in Saint Denis. I

What did you do to get this issue?
It happens randomly all over the Map but it seems to occur more often in Saint Denis when there are a couple players around.
