What did you do to get this issue? nothing
What server did you get this issue on? no server just launch redm after install and setup

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. reinstall RedM twice - i can’t post on cfx discord, i can’t write - search help on google
