I launched RedM and didn’t do anything, then it gives the error after a bit of time. Does the same even when trying to use RedM. Seems like the error appears after a bit of time.
What server did you get this issue on?
Error appears independent of joining a server, but I’ve only ever tried joining PRC.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.
I’ve tried reinstalling both RedM and RDR2
I’ve verified game files
I’ve closed Steam, kept Rockstar Launcher open, launched RedM, then launched Steam.
Doesn’t work.
I tried running the game then launch RedM. It doesn’t do the same crash except a new one "Timed out while waiting for ROS/MTL to clear launch. Please check your system for third-party software (antivirus, etc.) that might be interfering with ROS.
I tried adding exceptions to RedM in my Firewall, and disabled antivirus. Still get this error.

I also seems to have an issue where my Rockstar Launcher only has Red Dead Online but I have RDR2 on my Steam. Could this be a potential issue?
