What did you do to get this issue?
Literally downloaded it, and when I try to launch get the error.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Anti-Virus is disabled
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin?
Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I followed the link for the discrete GPU fixes, did both the windows, and Nvidia one. Nothing I’ve tried so far has worked.
