REDM couldnt verify my game ownership and error 4004.23

What is the issue you’re having?

in Short i cant log in to my redM no matter what i did. i’ve tried to reinstalled both rockstar launcher and redM, not fixing the problem. whenever i tried to log in to my account, it will come to “email auth page” but in split seconds, it’ll send me back back to the login page from the first, like this guy in this post “Redm Problem Logging”. its either that or i got error 4004.23. also, when i close the redm, this window always popping up

ive tried to find fixes in forum but its always close topic and non of them work

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

reinstalling both launcher, restarting PC, tried to open the offline game, verifying integrity of the game. all of that, no progress
