Hi, I have 2 servers of 32 slots each, and they are connected to the same database.
3.2GB Ram each one, Zap-Hosting.com
So, what’s the cause of this lag spikes? Sometimes I feel lag when Im at a car that is being driven and sometimes I hear the people voice lagging…
Do I have to increase the ram or something?

Lag, also known as latency, is usually caused by poorly written resources (mainly those that are copied & pasted). If you have vehicle addons, that could also very well be the cause of the lag spikes.
That should be more than sufficient. Just avoid having 100+ resources as that is always bad practise and will 100% lead to some sort of stability issue(s).
Does everyone have that problem? If the issue is localised to you, that means your internet connection is not stable enough (too low of a bandwidth and/or too high of latency). Avoid using WiFi, and stick to ethernet.
If everyone is getting that issue, then that is a reflection on your server’s quality, reliant on the resources it has. Check and see if you have any hitch warnings, as too high and too common of a hitch warning means that a resource is hanging on the main thread for too long.
