if you only have intel integrated graphics it will not run well at all especially if it only has 128MB of available vram.

just google whatever your integrated graphics is and find a video, you will get a rough idea as to how bad it will be.

GTA/FiveM doesn’t use a lot of RAM. It mostly uses CPU and GPU.
So upgrading my processor would be the best go-to? I know some Laptops have CPU’s build into the motherboard, so hopefully that isn’t the case with my Dell inspiron 15
none of them will help you, your videocard is your draw back its slow and wont do to well even more so the mobile version.
memory is indeed important as servers can make fivem use a lot of memory but your main problem is not your CPU but ram can help if you did not have integrated graphics.

not if its a laptop… its not only about the vram intel graphics simply isnt good.

neither one will help you, this is what im trying to tell you, your GPU is the problem having more ram will be good so you can raise the vram but its still not going to run well.
