Reborn crashes on startup (worked before, 3 hours ago)

Everything up to date and GTA is a legit copy

I installed fivereborn yesterday and had a lot of fun. This morning I played a bit no problem. However when I closed it and tried to launch it again it came with this error (see photos)

I tried these sulutions already:

-Reinstal GTA
-Reinstal Reborn
-Windows 7/8 compatibility mode
-Turning pause game on focus loss off
-deleting citizinFX in %appdata%
-Turning every setting to its lowest
-Switching between dx11/10/10.1

I am using a physical copy, not a steam key. Could this be the problem?

a restart of your machine usually fixes a lot of those issues

What do you mean by that?

He means restart your PC. Anyways if you have an antivirus try disabling it.
