Everything is correct, but you messed up something with blip name. put a correct blipname and everything will be correct 
well im trying others names but is giving me this now:
Can you tell me the right names ? im a bit confused 
Edit: Its not appearing any blip too in my positions.
How do you turn down the scale on the blips?

When my car explodes i can get vehicle back the first time but if my car explodes again, the garage don’t let me to get vehicle back. Any body know how to solucion this? the console don’t show any error

now i can’t because fivem is having problems but I went to a gas station and blew up the car. Then I brought the car back to the garage. I went to the gas station again to exploit the car and then when I wanted to bring the car back I got the notification “You can not take this vehicle out! Go find it!”.

So I enabled the impound garage and when I impound a car from the red circle the list when i go to the green circle is empty and the car can be restored from the normal impound( I have the fourrieremecano database column). Any idea?
