Random game freezes without any specified error, while playing on the server

System specifications Core i5 4300M/ GT-740M/ 12 Gb ddr3 ram/ 1tb of HDD and 240 Gb of SSD, both FiveM and GTA V installed on SSD.
What did you do to get this issue? I believe it started after I updated my fiveM a couple of weeks ago, although not sure about it.
What server did you get this issue on? CADOJRP server 1
CitizenFX.log file http://s8.picofile.com/file/8345821050/CITIZEN_log.rar.html all of the available .log files since the error keeps happening.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Yes, and also the whole fiveM process is excluded from the windows defender.
Also add what you already tried so far.
Removing cache folder then reinstalling the FiveM, veryfing GTA V on steam.
