Yes. and i received multiple different issues everytime i delete it, but never load into ANY server

Nothing. seemingly randomly this issues showed up one day.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
i had some issues with my computer, so i switched my motherboard, reinstalled windows, reinstalled fivem about 12 times, deleted the cache legit 20 times, reinstalling gta5 and just persistently trying to find a pattern. of which the only one is the most annoying, not loading into servers fully, if at all.
