Windows version: Winver says build 1909, so probably build 1909 :))
Did you try to delete caches.xml (not cache/!) and try again? Yes.
System specifications: R5-2600 (CPU), GTX1650S (GPU) and 16GB DDR4 (RAM)

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? None, only have Windows Defender on realtime.
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? I have (didn’t impact crashing).

Try switching the window mode (if you’re playing on Fullscreen, try Windowed, and vice versa) and see if that helps.
