Random Client Crash When Purchasing Roxwood Map and Vending Machines Resource

I am experiencing a random client crash when using the Roxwood Map and Vending Machines resource on my FiveM server. The crash occurs randomly with these two reasons:

RAGE error: UNKNOWN - 28 time
GTA5_b3095.exe!sub_1414FD710 (0x31f) - 12 time
GTA5_b3095.exe!sub_140001028 (0x0) - 7 time

Those assets are clearly broken then, contact the author(s) or just don’t use them
