But since I’ve answered this already do this:

  • Open Steam

  • Right-click on Grand Theft Auto V

  • Click Properties

  • Go to the Local Files tab

  • and click on Verify Integrity Of Game Files

Let it do whatever and download anything if it has to. Then try again.
