Is there any program or criterion for extracting (or understanding) this information from the vehicles? Other information would also be welcome.

-Maximum speed:

  • Braking:
    -Acceleration:
    -Handling

For the best understanding, I intend to use this information to present the cars on Discord - see the image.

You could either get it from some client side resource in-game, but that wouldn’t be really useful for a discord bot.

Initially I want to thank you for taking the time to resolve this issue.

In the case of Discord, publications would be manual, without the use of bots - I know this is a lot of work, but I think I have some mental problem that makes me make things more complex than they already are.
