[Question] How to freeze vehicle position

Hello. I’m working with a truck delivery script where player is supposed to deliver packages to certain places without leaving a car. I made a progress bar when player is delivering the package but I want them to don’t move when doing that. I tried FreezeEntityPosition(GetPlayerPed(-1), true) but that doesn’t work for me when a player is inside a vehicle.

Citizen.Wait is working because certain things when progressBar is true are working so it’s not the reason.

Your not freezing the vehicle your freezing the ped in the vehicle.

I see that in esx_vehicleshop they used FreezeEntityPosition as well and the player can’t move the vehicle when he is inside the shop. He can accelerate/move the wheel but he can’t move.

Yeah because they freeze the vehicle. Not the ped inside of it.

You need to get the vehicle you are in and freeze that entity. Freezing the ped inside the vehicle doesn’t effect the parent entity.
