Is this a chat resource replacement or a chat theme?

Replace old chat and add more functions and different style.

Please create a chat theme instead, you are not supposed to replace the default resources.

It is not replace the default resources, the functions are replace come commands like /b /s /ooc /me and /do. And also the css is for style as you said chat theme. If this cannot release,pls tell me again I will change it.
