Hello. I use to dev a lot a few years back and I can’t remember how to fix this and it baffles me that Qbcore haven’t fixed this yet after all this time. Idk why. It always happens. What’s the fix?

Try to reinstall QB Core and make sure you have your database online and working
this error has nothing to do with qbcore. It means FiveM cannot list your server because the necessary ports are closed or port forwarding isnt setup correctly.
