Yes, he can look at the insurance paperwork and see if it matches with your cars plate and vin number, etc.
Here is a scenario for you:
-
Officer pulls you over
-
You hand him license registration insurance,
-
he looks at registration and sees the plate and vin number on the paperwork then he looks at the plate on your vehicle and sees that the two match each other. He then targets your vehicle to look at your vin number and also see that it matches the vin on the paperwork. He does the same for insurance paperwork. And finally he looks at both documents and see if the name matches the name on driver license.

Done, all confirmed
For roleplay purposes If Iām in roleplay Iād usually keep my registration and insurance in the glovebox of each of my vehicles so I always know where itās at. Just like in IRL.
Can you try to make it possible to scratch the VIN number? It would be really good for roleplay.
And is it possible to make it work with ps-mdt so they can check the vin number in ps-mdt and it would find the person
hereās an idea, looks and works great, but what if you could give the registration as a player to the other player who whants to insurance his vehicle? would be better for roleplay! Like kinda a job or something
Hi i need help with this
SCRIPT ERROR: @ox_inventory/modules/items/shared.lua:3: No such export UseRegistration in resource browns_registration
i am using ESX Legacy
is there any way to use it with chezza inventory ?
best regards
Nope, had the issue before too, chezza doenst have metadata.
Nice script for roleplay scenariosā¦i made some changes like sql integration and auto remove insurance from vehicle after expiry date, police job can check insurance and remaining days, also changed that player can only purchase one insurance for plate if vehicle has already valid insurance plan only purchase next plan ā¦like that
Sounds nice, can you share it with me?
Forgive my ignorance , would this work with NDCore framework? i have ox inventory ox lib and ox target and have a database . awesome looking script either way.
