Hi,
A few players are reporting a bug where the game keeps the push to talk button pressed even when not pressing it, they are then forced to continuously talk.
I have not been able to reproduce it myself but it could be linked to doing a lot of ALT TAB window switching.
A temporary fix they are using is to bind a secondary key that is not currently used.
You can see a french streamer having this problem in this clip : (First trying to change the key and not working, then adding a second key while keeping the first key and it being fixed)
First reports of this problem was found around April/May 2021, I would suspect these two commits to be culprit in some ways :

This problem is only occuring on a minority of players and isn’t a priority at all, just reporting it.
