Hey everyone,

Me and my team over at PulseTech have been working on a roster management system built specifically for FiveM communities called PulseRoster, and we’re officially live!

If you’ve ever dealt with managing staff through spreadsheets, Google Docs, or a bunch of different tools that don’t really talk to each other, that’s basically the problem we’re trying to solve. PulseRoster puts staff rosters, department organization, activity tracking, and performance oversight all in one place.

We’ve already got 30+ communities using the system and it’s growing every week. The feedback from our beta testers helped shape the product into what it is today.

You can sign up and try it out for free, no commitments. If you upgrade later cool, if not the free plan still gets you a working roster system.

Quick update! We’ve got 8 beta testers on board now, and a lot of progress has been made so far. The feedback has been great, and we’re actively making improvements based on what our testers are telling us.

We’re still looking for more testers though so if anyone is interested, feel free to reach out. The same deal applies, free access during the beta and a permanent discount once we go live.

Today we shipped a full rebuild of PulseRoster. Same multi-tenant model, same data. V1’s communities, members, callsigns, and history all carried over end to end. New look, faster pages, and a stack of new community-management features.

New: Application System Public application forms tied to departments and subdivisions. Custom form builder, label and template management, voting panel, kanban board, analytics dashboard, and Discord ticket integration for reviewer workflows.

New: Community Discovery + Custom Themes Browse communities by tag at /dashboard/discover with a join-request approval flow. Each community picks a brand theme, and members can override per-user (PulseRoster Dark / Light) for accessibility.

New: Onboarding Wizard with Presets A 5-step setup wizard. Pick a department preset (LSPD, BCSO, SAHP, SAFR, EMS) and a community-role preset (Standard / Detailed / Minimal) and the workspace is ready in minutes.

New: Activity Warnings + Analytics A dedicated page surfacing members who fall below their rank’s activity requirements, so staff can act before warnings escalate. Plus a community-wide analytics dashboard with status mix, LOA load, and disciplinary trends.

New: Live Demo + Public Roadmap Try the product without signing up at /roster/demo. Track in-flight and shipped work on the public roadmap at /roadmap.

Improved: Dark-First Redesign Rebuilt navigation, dashboard, and roster views with consistent typography and density. The sidebar is now grouped into Workspace / Product / Manage with badge counts, replacing the old top-only nav. New mobile-only drawer for phones.

Improved: Documentation + LOA + Disciplinary Folder tree for nested docs with a refreshed editor and clearer publishing states. Cleaner LOA reviewer states and tighter Discord notifications. Refreshed disciplinary record cards and appeal flow.
