I’m not sure if this is also a proxifier dll, but do you have proxifier installed? if so please try disabling it.

Can you explain what is proxifier?

Look for a file named PrxerNsp.dll. This is the file that made my FiveM not working

Yes. But If you can’t delete it you will need a third party app to delete it. Recommend one is Wise Force Deleter.
