Is anyone still on this server? I have been checking it out and I can’t do anything due to everything being closed.

What is the discord? Also, everything in the city is locked including the casino. How are we able to do anything if nothing is open for us to check it out? Me and my boyfriend are very interested in playing on the server. Is there a time frame when other players are on or when things are open? These things would help to get new members. We met a cool cop who was in charge of the city pd (we never got his name) but he was the only person we have met in the city.
