Welcome to Project Turmoil
Project Turmoil is a solo-developed multi-gamemode server planned to feature many well-known and unique modes. Project Turmoil features a custom made UI/HUD system and utilizes a custom made modular system for easy implementation of new modes. Project Turmoil will only feature lore-friendly or custom branded content as well.
Is the server online?
Project Turmoil is currently in a Closed ALPHA phase, and requires players to join the server’s Discord to gain access. While playable, there are still noticeable features & options that are non-functional at this time. I am looking to grow a player base for further testing & development of current and future gamemodes. At this time, the server is limited to 48 slots due to no elemental club, but will be changed in the future. During the Closed ALPHA, the server may be offline at times announced if proven to be unstable.
Testers In Need
For the past year and a half, I have spent time scripting the server’s core script & UI/HUD elements. With still much to do, we are ready to start implementing new gamemodes and improving current ones. While the current gamemode list is small, we have lots of other gamemodes coming soon, which require more testing. With the gamemodes relying on proper sync, we’ll need as many players as we can get to ensure these modes run as efficiently as possible.
Current Gamemodes
- Freeroam - Cruise around, hang out, make friends or enemies, whatever your heart desires in the open sandbox gamemode.
- CHAOS - San Andreas is in complete mayhem, and everyone is your enemy. Survive for as long as you can, and eliminate as many enemies as possible in this arcade shoot’em up gamemode.
- Land/Stunt Races - Compete in circuit or point to point races alone or with friends! Race modes also utilize a UGC framework which allows you to select and load Social Club created races.
