productId INVALID crash

What is the issue you’re having?

GTA V Steam crash before menu. Tried reinstall + verify . Help pls.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

reinstall FiveM, delete cache, verify GTA

This is usually caused by a hardware fault/overload, especially on W10.

Undo any overclocking if you did any; ensure that your PC has adequate cooling and nothing is overheating. Shut down all unnecessary background apps as well.

On a second thought since it’s crashing during server preload, you may want to run thorough testing on your drive to make sure it’s working fine.

i havent done any overlocking

PC temperatures are normal: cpu 50-60’c, gpu 55-60’c while idle all background apps are clossed

the crash happens during “server preload” with error “productId INVALID”

my crash.txt shows “invalid product Id” line

GPU:NVIDIA GeoForce RTX 3050 laptop gpu 4GB VRAM
