Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Important parts

**What is the issue you’re having? even when I have my mic on push to talk it acts like voice activated and it just always is working

**What are you trying to do? turn my mic to push to talk

**What have you tried already to fix the issue? restarting fivem, relogging onto the server, resetting vc, toggling push to talk off & on, reinstalling fivem, deleting cache, deleting content_index.xml , reinstalled windows

Have you tried updating your audio driver or use a different mic if you have one?
