I followed a tutorial to use the Patreon, but at the launch of my server I have this message when I log on:
OneSync (policy type onesync) is not whitelisted for this server, or requesting whitelist status failed. You’ll have to wait a little while longer!
I am FiveM Element Club Aurum, email addresses correspond, so the, I do not know what to do!
Could you help me please!

and check that there is no error
I just checked, I do not see any error, I do not even have the cool golden background color for your server in the public lists!
Something is causing the forums not to realize you are a patron therefore not giving you the bonuses.
If you did everything right maybe try emailing support@fivem.net with as much information as possible.
