Problem with MySQL (inventory not saving items)

Hi guys, i got the problem with mf-inventory, when i open a motels inventory i get instantly that fault. and items its not saving after restart, maybe someone can help me please?

Modfreakz just ignore me and not reply about how to fix it AND MAKE PROPERLY WORK…

The error comes from a Duplicate entry for the Primary Key.
