Problem with Loading chat on a huge delay,garages,inventory with F2, menus that require to press E exc

So in a specific server,almost always i have this problem especially when the server is full and there is a que.My game runs great except those things mentioned above they have a huge delay it may take 2 min to load them and 3 min to get out of my screen sometimes longer,Does anyone have any idea what it could be causing this?btw i have a 16GB RAM

Your server-side scripts are unoptimized. All of 'em must be running on the main thread and blocking it.
