What did you do to get this issue? i left the game yesterday and when i wanna open it i have update it destroy my fivem. FiveM doesn’t launch, only social club gta 5 launching from social club, after this i got crash “item-september-date”

This seems to be a common issue with Windows 7 users, there is another topic about this problem with some possible solutions you can try.

I try to paste mumble-voib (or something like that) from the yesterday topic 
yeah some seem to still be having this issue… if you cant wait for them to fix the problem you could update to Windows 10 for free “yes you can still upgrade to 10 for free dont let anyone tell you otherwise”.
But thats souly up to you.
Well im not sure if there is anything else you can do other then to wait patiently for them to rectify the problem.

GOT THE FIX!
Openup File Explorer > This Pc > Type in the search bar ‘‘FiveM’’ , Delete EVERYTHING that comes up, give admin acces when it asks for it DO NOT ALLOWED THE DELETE OF ‘‘DESKTOP APP’’ [itll pop up, just press no’’ , press ‘‘skip’’ by the rest. This post looks similar so im adding this piece of text to make it unsimmilar
Than download the FiveM.exe again and make a NEW folder, preferebly on another hard disk but if not possible the same disk, if it still not works repeat this proces!
I do not got control over when something will be fixed.

I know a solution. Stop using a 9 year old Operating System and upgrade. I am surprised Windows 7 hasn’t been dropped already.

Why not? your specs are decent, its free to use your windows 7 license key.
im just not sure how so many say they cant… i get the ones that say they wont because change can be scary but… i hope people dont bank online with 7 lol.

I’m don’t scared, I also had win10, but now I can’t upgrade to 10

Just to clarify the whole Windows 7 and 10 debate, most 3rd world country’s internet isn’t that good, so if Windows 10 updates, no more internet for the rest. Then some updates take 6+ hours to install and if that happens in business hours, then productivity is down the drain for that day. So simply telling people to upgrade, might not be the solution for everyone. I would rather recommend duel boot for those that are not prepared to go over to 10 quite yet. Most of us are just waiting for the options to return to chose when to update windows and all will be fine again. Windows 10 isn’t the best OS at all, as if you not American, you got no privacy rights. There is more to it then simply saying to just upgrade… Just something to keep in mind when telling people to upgrade. I work with over 100 different Client PC’s and can tell you, not everyone has the same requirements and have found incompatible software made by smaller company’s for specific people that doesn’t work on 10.
business make sense, home users i mean… there isnt much that wont work on it and the whole privacy thing can be turned off if people looked more into things before spewing that information round.
Besides with the way our isps are going privacy isnt much of a thing no matter what you do…
Anyway the recommendation is still good as its simply the truth that its more stable on 10 then it is 7.
You either take the recommendation or dont it isnt that hard.
And by your theory you cant seem to update anything weather it be windows or your games as most game updates including GTA5 are pretty big.
