I have a problem that when I start my server, some scripts do not start most often “esx” or when they turn on, they turn off after a while.
what can be the reason?

Be more specific with your question. Saying “they do not start” doesn’t say anything for the issue. Screenshots, log files, and so on will help. Otherwise nobody can tell you a reason.
