Problem with Anti-Virus when installing FiveM

I have attempted to download and install FiveM on my computer, however my Avast anti-virus keeps marking it as malware and placing the file “FiveM.exe” in a virus chest. I am just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem, and is it a false positive? Am I safe to disable the anti-virus and continue to download it anyway? I have seen many people using FiveM and having no issues. Thank you!
