I have the same problem did you succeed to fix ca?
So I found partial workaround but it doesn’t fix it all the way for me I can launch REDM if I close steam and Epic and have the Rockstar launcher open and logged in. But you need steam to log in to your servers. You can launch REDM and immediately after launch steam. This will make it possible ot log in but in my case I get an infinite loading screen to my sever (Syn county). Not sure if that is because of the way I got in or other issue. Try it and tell me what you got.

Attempt these three solutions:
Ensure R* is an allowed program through your firewall via windows defender.
Go to the settings for the R* application and ensure it runs as an administrator every time it opens.
Lastly, Open the RedM and wait the login screen, fill your email and password and go to the email Auth screen, click on the Support, wait to load, click to Sign In on the top right and login (even the auth screen) then close the RedM and try again.
This didnt work for me. Ive reinstalled steam and everything at this point.
Guys I’ve finally fixed it after hours of trying!!
- Right click on your rockstar games launcher and open file location
- There should be an application called Launch, rename this to Red Dead Redemption 2
- Now open the RedM application, it will ask you to log in again with rockstar, after I logged in it finally worked!!!
Give this a try because it worked for me!
I remember having the same problem with FiveM and I did the exact same thing and it worked
