Problem in installation procedure

Hi,
I have a problem to re install fivem, I said re install because I had it before in the same computer, but since the last update I can not connect to any servers anymore.
so I tried to uninstall and install fivem again.
but now once I download five.exe, I have always error message.

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? no I havent fivem yet as the pronlem appear before instalation

What did you do to get this issue? uninstall and reinstall fivem
What server did you get this issue on? I dont know, I played in lost blamcos fr server om gta5 before, but now I have access to any serveur as I can not install fivem

.dmp files/report IDs euh is it a question ? I am not a expert as u can see…hard for me to understand citizen things.

by the way, I tried to run fivem client with window 8 compatibility mode, it was better, I went to the next step until that fivem tried to download the gta5 patch 1.0.505.2 , laucher and social club.
impossible to download the pacth.
so I tried to download this pacth with the laucher manually, but I have a error message say that gta 5 is not install on my computer. which is wrong as I can play with on my gta5, the steam version as I said before.
and I re unstall gta5 yesterday, I have the lastest update of the game.
