Disclaimer:

This resources is made for sandbox servers. ( So this is useless in ESX servers :wink: )
All Properties claimed will clear after each restart.

Requirments:

About:

  • Let people claim properties on your server.
  • Properties will be unclaimed after each restart ready to be claimed again.
    • You can change this in the settings to store the owner of a property.
  • A player can only own one property at a time.
  • Players can only buy properties at the “For Sale” sign or at the Agency.

Additional Info:

  • You can set a custom notification type in the server side.
    • Add your export for the notification on line 112 in the server.lua.

Commands:

/buy: Buy a property (You can only own one at a time.)
/sell: Sell the property you own.
/properties: Hide/Show the property blips on the map
/property:create: To make new properties and save them in the database.

SQL save for?

to use it out side sand box servers, as the whole sign prop is sweet af for a rp server and having that to tell what houses are for sale in the world, so sql for save and load on restart load in

Is it possible to make it so the properties save? and not reset after every restart?

Properties are now stored in SQL.

You can now enable this in the config.

By chance would this work like a esx housing script with the interiors and such?

Nope it does not include interiors at the moment.

Wait so its essentially just a sign outside and you run a command but can’t go inside? any plans on making it like that?
