Pre download server scripts?

So, when you connect to a server, you start downloading all the scripts. Is there any way to pre download the scripts so you’ll start connecting right away? so you don’t have to wait for them all to download. I’m just curious.

Also, is there any way you can increase the download speed of these scripts being downloaded in general?

Hi there, actually no, but when you download a script, you don’t have to download it again (Only if the script do not change).

You can speed up the download using a Caching Proxy.
