Use RevoUninstaller to delete fivem and rockstart and try again downloading everything. Tell me if this method worked

FiveM does not have an installer, it will install where ever you place the FiveM.exe.

Click on start type %appdata% and look through the roaming folder and see if its in there and delete it.

it will simply add a shortcut to your desktop.
