The procedure entry point? Boolean Value @ Value @ v8 @@ QEBA_NXZ was not found in the DLL scripting-v8.dill *!

I had same issue, solution was removal of these files (debugger pointed out a link to system32 instead of the FiveM’s folder): C:\Windows\system32\ v8.dll v8_libbase.dll v8_libplatform.dll Posted already in: FiveM first time installation problem. Citizen scripting v8 dll
