I think It clearly says that if you are having any problems with FiveM, you should post in this category. You are having problems with your server, not with FiveM.
And talking about the server, you need to learn how to code and not just jump right into things you don’t understand and ask other people to do them for you.
At 0:43 in the video, your ports are set to 30110, yet at 2:04 in the video, you are messing around with a completely different random port (57937). You don’t even need to touch the settings tab, you can simply connect via direct connect localhost:30110.
Also the server.cfg file has way too many arguments. Best practice: Refrain from having spaces, simply use start resourcename in a condensed manner.
I heavily suggest you look into setting a server up properly, and not by going with guesswork or a dodgy YouTube video.
