Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstal Gta V, Epic games launcher, and rocksat games launcher; delete cache; deactivate my antivirus and reinstall FIve M; Instal Five M directly in to a folder.

Yes, i downloaded some exapansion from windows, i think it s called windows media creation tool or something like that, i can t remember. Try downloanding anything that contains the media word from the settings. To do this, select the Start button , then select Settings > Applications > Applications and features > Manage optional features > Add a feature and there search evry feature that has media in it, if not try downloading it from google. Hope this was usefull
BTW If u still don t get it, reinstall another version of windows like the windows 10 home and pro try to avoid Windows 10 pro N. The N version does not have some things installed and u have to download them manualy.
