Also add what you already tried so far.

I installed the custom files for a community but after removing them so I could go on my own server (Which does not use ELS), any lights for any cars not in default slots do not work. It does what non ELS cars do when ELS is installed, where tail lights flash but actual lightbars etc do not work. ELS is completely deleted from FiveM and Base Game directories so wondering if anyone knows what file it is that would probably be causing this issue. I’ve tried deleting caches.xml and at first even tried deleting the server cache in case this was the issue but neither solved the issue, and I realised when joining other servers it must be a client file that causes this issue.

just delete the ELS folder in your client directory and ELS.asi

Yeah I tried deleting caches.xml, the cache folder and the cache of the server and none worked. In the end re downloading the FiveM client completely was the easiest fix. Thanks for your help @MrSkysphere and @Painwithin

For future reference the fivem application folder also contains a local cache file. Some issues are stored in the clients install not the server. Have a browse in your fivem folder buddy!
