Player perpetually connected

Edit: sorry I thought I was in server support, not client support

Not sure exactly where this should go, but think this is the right spot.

My admin panel shows a player still connected, they’ve left the game, and when they try to load back they get stuck on “loading” after all resources load.

I’ve tried kicking them, I’ve tried restarting the server, I’ve tried stopping the server for 5 minutes even. Each time it comes up, it shows they’re still connected somehow.

Any advice?

Try stopping plugins in batches till it works.

Yeah, tried that. It ended up happening to multiple characters. Solution was to clear the server cache and restart… probably should have started with that.
