Can one create a character on Fivereborn? If so how can one do so?

He probably means creating a character like in GTA:O, and the answer is yes, I did it using Skin Control: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/skin-control

Only problem I remember is that masks aren’t working in fivereborn, trying to navigate thru them crashes the client last I tried.
