A brand new world is being built.
Pioneer Trails is a brand-new 18+ supernatural RedM roleplay server currently being built from the ground up.
The goal is a grounded, story-driven western world with supernatural elements woven into it naturally. Not everyone needs to be a creature, not every interaction needs magic, and not every Tuesday needs to end with somebody summoning an ancient forest god behind the saloon.
We’re still early, and that’s exactly why I’m posting.

Right now, I’m mainly trying to build the staff and community side of Pioneer Trails.
We’re looking for people interested in things like:

Brainstorming events, stories, and server ideas

Eventually helping lead jobs, groups, or other parts of the community
I’m not looking to build a giant staff team. I’d much rather have a smaller group of dependable people who communicate well, work together, and genuinely care about creating good roleplay.

Development is already well underway, with a mix of custom-built and heavily customized systems.
Some of what we’re working with includes:
Supernatural characters and abilities
Tarot and fortune-telling systems
Alchemy and progression
Animal forms and companions
Live theatre and performances
Custom banking and financial systems
Mail and player-to-player communication
Rum production and other crafting systems
Deliveries and working-world activities
Immersive proximity roleplay chat
Mining, lumber, ranching, hunting, and exploration
Rituals, strange locations, secrets, and plenty more
There is already a lot here, but we’re still building the world around it.
✦ Development
Development is currently handled by myself and one other person.
I work full time and spend a pretty ridiculous amount of my free time coding this thing, because apparently having hobbies that don’t involve debugging Lua at midnight was too reasonable.
At this point, I’m not actively looking for more developers. If the project reaches a point where another developer makes sense, we’ll cross that bridge when we get there.
What I need most right now are people who want to help turn the server itself into an actual community.

You don’t need years of RedM staff experience.
I’d much rather find someone who is:
Friendly and approachable
Level-headed when problems happen
Comfortable giving honest feedback
Interested in story-driven RP
Willing to help without needing a fancy title
Able to have fun without creating unnecessary drama
Excited about joining something before it’s already established
You’re not joining a server with an old staff hierarchy, established cliques, or years of baggage.
You’re joining at the beginning.
That means the people who come in now will have a genuine opportunity to help shape Pioneer Trails into the kind of community we all actually want to play in.
