What did you do to get this issue? i dont know

CitizenFX.log file not have because problem just in game

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far. i reinstall gta and fiveM few times. problem is only in that rp.farssi.net server. i cant answer and call anyone. then i try to change my audio settings but it doesnt work. then i try another server and there my calls works but in Farssi rp doesnt work
